Solvent sealed plastic bottom cap. Ultra-sonic welded bottom.

Note: Inside usable height is 1/16" less than solvent sealed plastic cap bottom. This is due to the ultra-sonic bottom being welded on the inside of the cylinder (vs. outside).

Note: We use .0075 gauge vinyl with metal bottoms in certain applications. We don't recommend using .0075 on any of the diameters, although we can manufacture it.

Note: When you combine certain heights and certain widths we cannot manufacture the maximum dimensions shown above. At a certain point when the depth increases, the maximum width decreases.
Printing Services
Printing can be included with any project. We are happy to advise you on a method that will best suit your custom needs.
Hot
Stamping
We use heat and pressure to transfer foil from a roll of film to the plastic. This works great for a metallic look on logos or other text. Great for short runs and keeping costs low.

Silk
Screening
We use a frame to hold a screen, allowing for the ink to transfer the image to the plastic. This works great for a matte look on logos or other text. It also provides a raised letter texture.

4C Process
Lithographic
We use an offset process that involves printing plates. This is a versatile option for printing detailed graphics on sheets of plastic.

4C Process Flexographic
We use flexible printing plates mounted on cylinders to produce high quality graphics on a web. It's commonly associated with packaging that offers high print production and high speed cylinder production.
